Department of Teaching Practice & Industrial Training

The training is carried out and evaluated based on the course outcome as outlined by the faculty. Thus, the teaching practice is a compulsory course for all students as part of the fulfillment in Bachelor of Vocational Education and Master of Technical and Vocational Education (Coursework) and industrial training is a compulsory course for all students as part of the fulfillment in Bachelor of Vocational Education and Bachelor of Technology.

Therefore, the objectives of this department are:

i. To monitor the process and progress of teaching practicum and industrial training to ensure the trainees gain relevant experience and exposure optimally.

ii. To coordinate and implement assessment for teaching practicum and industrial training based on established standard and current development.

iii. To establish and strengthen the relationship between faculty and with the education institutions and the industries.
